8 Steps To Hormone Assessment At Myrtle Beach Diet

1. Dr. Norman or his staff will refer you to Nan for information & scheduling.


2. INITIAL FEE: $795. Includes your ZRT Combo Kit for Comprehensive Hormone & Cortisol Testing, and your Review Appointment with Dr. Norman. Additional tests may be purchased. Our staff will provide you with insurance codes for your filing. (Non-patients: $995)


3. Extensive Test results will be emailed from ZRT to Nan in 2-3 weeks. Nan will contact you for a general overview and to set an appointment with Dr. Norman.


4. Dr. Norman will see you on a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday to design your regenerative program and hormone optimization if deficiencies exist.


5. FOUR-MONTH RETEST: $585. You will retest in four months at Myrtle Beach Diet to check your renewed hormone levels and adjust your dosages for OPTIMIZATION. The charge is for your ZRT Kit and Dr. Norman?s 2nd Review Appointment.


6. ANNUAL TESTING: $625. Your ZRT Kit and Dr. Norman?s Annual Review will be necessary for BHRT.


7. Female BHRT patients will be expected to have annual PAP & MAMMOGRAMS with their primary physician.


8. BHRT patients will have access to the MBD 24 Hour Hotline (843.267.7874) to report any related problems or concerns to your hormone consultant, Nan Norman.

How Does The Zrt Combo Kit Work?

The kit comes complete with detailed instructions for the blood spot and four saliva samples for you to administer for yourself or have Nan lead you through each step. You should anticipate a day-long testing which you can perform on a day you set aside to spit for 15-30 minutes, 4 times into a clear tube (AM, PM, NOON, BEDTIME). Then you insert the questionnaire & test kit with samples into the provided plastic envelope and drop off at a UPS Service Center nearest you.
